Duties and Responsibilities Produces Human Resources performance measurement statistics Implementation and administration of Human Resources standards (SABPP) Responsible for employee engagement surveys and corrective action plans Assists in the development of Personal development plans for individuals Assists in the development of learning and development budgets and programmes Implementation and administration of the department’s ISO protocols Implementation of the Industry CBA and Code of Conduct Assists in the recruitment and selection Assists in Industrial relations matters Qualifications and Experience First degree in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences Experience in a similar position Must have a Professional diploma such as IPMZ or equivalent Experience working in Production, Manufacturing or Mining environment Experience working in a multi-national organisation as distinct advantage Knowledge of ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001 Knowledge of the Labour Act Knowledge of SABPP Human Resources Standards a distinct advantage
