Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the Director's electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary Process the MD's correspondence, incoming and out going Maintain the MD's office system, including data management and filing Produce documents/reports and presentations for the M.D Organize meetings and ensure that the MD is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas and meeting papers/documents Meet, greet and welcome visitors at all levels of seniority Providing comprehensive secretarial services to the Managing Director. Assisting in preparation of board committee and board meeting papers. Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the M.D Qualifications and Experience: Administration Degree and Executive Secretarial Diploma A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Personal Assistant Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
