<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <p><strong>In collaboration with Course Administrator: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Planning and Organisation of physical, hybrid and online Language Courses (including economical aspects)</li> <li>Curriculum planning and teacher allocation Hosting Teacher's meetings</li> <li>Ordering of Learning material Maintenance of Teacher's library</li> <li>Statistics and Reporting for internal purposes and to Goethe Institut in Germany</li> <li>Evaluation of Courses Consultation of Learners as well as interested parties and - where required - their parents</li> <li>Planning and Organisation of Teachers' training</li> <li>Quality management of Language Courses</li> <li>Collaboration with Institutions (f. ex. Language Schools, Cultural Institutions, Universities, Institutions of Tertiary Education)</li> <li>Marketing activities, Social Media, Open Day programmes etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Budget planning for Language Department:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Language Courses Project funding Bildungskooperation Deutsch</li> <li>Definition of Course and Exam fees (in collaboration with Exam Administrator)</li> <li>Budget planning for Internal training and Learning material</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stipends and Stipend Processing Human Ressource management of Teaching personnel:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Selection and Induction of new Teaching personnel</li> <li>Functional supervision</li> </ul> <p><strong>Selection of Personnel for special tasks Internal Training:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organisation of „Hospitationen“ (collegial Sitting-in-class) and Professional Training Participation in.</li> <li>Organisation of Course Enrolment</li> <li>Marketing activities for Language Courses and Programmes</li> <li>Planning and Conceptualisation of Language Courses</li> <li>Evaluation and Recruitment of Teaching Staff</li> <li>Preparing income overviews (Course fees and Selling of Learning material for Accounts department.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Profile and Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in German Language (at least C1 level or Mother tongue)</li> <li>University degree in Germanistics, German as Foreign language or similar Experience in Administration of Language course enterprise</li> <li>Experience in Teaching German as Foreign language (DaF) to Adults (experience in digital or hybrid tuition as an advantage)</li> <li>Broad Acquaintance with current DaF teaching materials</li> <li>Acquaintance with regional studies / Good knowledge of German Culture, Current affairs, History Acquainted with current MS Office software as well as Communication Tools (Zoom, MS Teams etc.)</li> <li>Willingness to get acquainted with Goethe Institut software systems / platforms</li> <li>High level of intercultural and social competence</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure / deadlines / capacity for teamwork</li> <li>Proficient in English Language</li> </ul>
