The job holder will be responsible for leading the Agency Banking officers on day-to-day management and roll out to help rapidly scale banks' Agency banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage a roll out plan for Bank Agents
  2. Lead the Branch Channels Officers to grow a sustainable agent network.
  3. Lead and deliver on all projects related to Agency Banking.
  4. Manage stake holders to ensure Agents have 100% for the supplies and merchandise required.
  5. Be the primary contact person for all Agent issues.
  6. Ensure high quality service is provided by Bank agents.
  7. Oversee the training and development of quality Agency banking network
  8. Preparation of revenue, business analytics and service reports.
  9. Manage stable partnerships focusing on strategy and Bank business growth.
  10. Schedule agent promotion campaigns as per plan

Skills And Requirements:
For the above position, the successful applicant should meet the following criteria,
• University degree in Business or related field from a recognized and reputable institution, Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Agency Banking.
