Casino Manager

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that the Casino operates within parameters established by the Lotteries and Gaming Board and complies with all regulatory requirements</li> <li>Developing and implementing business and marketing strategies</li> <li>Monitoring the Casino&rsquo;s gaming areas to guarantee operations run smoothly and efficiently</li> <li>Financial Management</li> <li>Product maintenance and enhancement</li> <li>Customer service and satisfaction</li> <li>Reporting</li> <li>Human Resource Management (Staffing, productivity, training and development, performance management, industrial relations)</li> <li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>HND in Hotel and Catering/ Tourism and Hospitality</li> <li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in a managerial role</li> <li>Excellent and demonstrable knowledge of casino management and systems</li> <li>Computer literate</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal &amp; customer service skills</li> <li>Keen business appreciation with strong financial bias</li> <li>Strong leadership skills</li> <li>Knowledge of world and current affairs</li> <li>Attention to detail and follow through</li> <li>Very well groomed and presentable</li> <li>Must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision</li> <li>Experience in a casino/ gaming establishment will be an added advantage</li> </ul>
