Main Duties:

  • Ensure that the Casino operates within parameters established by the Lotteries and Gaming Board and complies with all regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing business and marketing strategies
  • Monitoring the Casino’s gaming areas to guarantee operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Financial Management
  • Product maintenance and enhancement
  • Customer service and satisfaction
  • Reporting
  • Human Resource Management (Staffing, productivity, training and development, performance management, industrial relations)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • HND in Hotel and Catering/ Tourism and Hospitality
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Excellent and demonstrable knowledge of casino management and systems
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Keen business appreciation with strong financial bias
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of world and current affairs
  • Attention to detail and follow through
  • Very well groomed and presentable
  • Must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Experience in a casino/ gaming establishment will be an added advantage
