Accounting Officer

Duties & Responsibilites

• To ensure accurate and timeous reconciliation and payment to Suppliers
• To ensure that statutory levies and charges are correctly computed and remitted
• Performs stock counts at agreed intervals
• Assisting the Accountant
• To ensure that all purchases are properly accounted for

Qualifications & Experience

• First degree in Accounting at class; 2.1 or better
• A professional qualification CIMA
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting role preferably in a Manufacturing/Cost accounting environment
