Key Account Representative

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Generates new business through telemarketing efforts and relationship building.</li> <li>Participates in sales efforts including marketing activities, in-house sales meetings and efforts to assist in all aspects of lead generation.</li> <li>Accurately, efficiently and timeously processes customer quotations</li> <li>Follows-up with prospects being nurtured and schedule meetings.</li> <li>Promotes the Group and its offerings to the target markets.</li> <li>Educates the customer on our product range.</li> <li>Sells company products at set prices in order to achieve profitability</li> <li>Makes deliveries route to sales trips.</li> <li>Visits customers on a regular basis.</li> <li>Provides after &ndash; sale service.</li> <li>Retains existing customers.</li> <li>Conducts ad hoc competitor analysis.</li> <li>Conducts environmental scanning.</li> <li>Recommends stock re-order patterns and quality</li> <li>Prepares and submits sales reports as and when agreed.</li> <li>Performs all duties in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times.</li> <li>Adheres to company operating policies and procedures.</li> <li>Participates in branch monthly stock takes.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Qualifications:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Has sound administrative skills and should be able to communicate at all levels.</li> <li><em>Is in possession of Degree in Sales &amp; Marketing</em></li> <li><em>Clean class 4 drivers licenses</em></li> <li>Is able to learn quickly and work under pressure.</li> <li><em>Is highly computer literate.</em></li> <li>Is a self starter and should be able to work with minimum supervision.</li> </ul>
