Main Duties:
1. Determine product functional and technical requirements
2. Source service providers to facilitate undertaking the project as well as suppliers for the various inputs
3. Formulate a budget and submit to Management for approval
4. Develop and obtain sign off for projects through a project initiation document formulated with project team members, which provides a baseline for project delivery, to ensure a shared vision and alignment on the project deliverables and constraints
5. Schedule projects to ensure commencement in line with set targets
6. Communicate with the project team to ensure each project team member has clear deliverables/tasks for which they are accountable 2. Monitor the time, cost and quality of construction projects from residential, commercial and hospitality buildings
7. Coordinate all aspects of the construction process including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers and vendors so as to ensure smooth implementation of all projects
8. Determine the scheduling of different phases of projects based on pre-determined deadlines
9. Provide regular feedback to Management on project progress based on the programs
10. Monitor project execution by conferring with supervisors, foremen or other managers on the ground, including evaluating worker productivity and compliance with building and safety code
