Maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures, and annual plans for Compliance and Risks
Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the risk and compliance frameworks throughout the business
Reporting on Risk and Compliance to senior management and to the Audit and Risk Committee.
Ensuring Risk and Compliance Assessments are undertaken including analysis and reports on developments, exposures, control, breaches and related action plans across the business.
Keep abreast with best practice for risk and compliance management.
Ensure all business heads understand and implement good risk management practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations/ Risk Management/ Finance
Diploma in Cyber Security is an added advantage
At least 5 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing industry
Experience developing and implementing risk standards is a must
Deeper understanding and experiencing applying risk and compliance frameworks
Experience with the development and delivery of risk and compliance training would be advantageous.
Ability and experience in risks audits using various technological tools
Extensive experience in information risk audit and assessments
