Degree in Rural & Urban Planning/Real Estate/ Property/ Property Management/Facilities Management
- 5 years’ experience in a similar or related environment and 2 of which should be in a supervisory role.
- Membership of a professional body.
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of commercial awareness
- Demonstrates professionalism in every aspect of work performance including customer care, positive, enthusiastic attitude.
