<ul> <li>Assisting with the commissioning process and participating in all training provided by our equipment suppliers.</li> <li>Observing and becoming familiar with the installation of machinery and equipment and highlighting any potential issues that may exist.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Becoming familiar with and understanding of the SCADA screens, the equipment numbering system and the control philosophies.</li> <li>Assisting with the recruitment and training of additional staff necessary to man the new Wheat Mill.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Set up and maintain milling and associated machinery to produce flour with the highest practical extraction rate whilst ensuring that end product specifications are always met.</li> <li>Ensure that the wheat is conditioned and screened to required standards.</li> <li>Maintain the work place and machinery in a hygienic state.</li> <li>Supervise Screen Room Operatives and Mill Packers and provide assistance to them where necessary.</li> <li>Provide training where required to enable the Mill Packers and Screen Room Operators to carry out their jobs in the most efficient way possible.</li> <li>Keep the Mill manager advised of the time, training, and equipment that is required to carry out the job properly.</li> <li>Make sure that customer&rsquo;s requirements, whether external or internal, are fully met.</li> <li>Take steps to eliminate or reduce work place hazards and raise safety awareness where necessary.</li> <li>Ensure that all activities carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Assist in any other tasks as directed by the Milling Manager.</li> </ul>
