Main Duties:

  • Ensures all Supplier Contracts are in place.
  • Prepares Supplier Contracts upon request using existing supplier templates.
  • Ensures that any adjustments to the Existing Contracts are supported by an authorised addendum.
  • Ensures that other Support Departments are aware of all existing contracts and understand the terms of the Contracts which are applicable to them.
  • Checks and tracks goods in transit on a daily basis.
  • Ensures pastel data is being captured correctly for both payables and receivables.
  • Ensures correct products and quantities are supplied in line with specifications on contracts.
  • Checks if there are major movement in the stock lines on a daily basis
  • Procures consumables, raw materials and packaging materials on time.
  • Ensures buffer stocks are maintained as required.
  • Checks and ensures that all official documentation is properly filled in/processed and the same is signed/approved.
  • Checks and ensures that all documentation is filed properly in the relevant files (both soft and hard copies) using the proper filing sequence.
