Duties Responsibilities
Human Resource Function
- Facilitation and development of HR policies.
- Administers the payroll.
- Creates and maintains employee files.
- Administers the recruitment and selection process.
- Responsible for staff development.
Finance Administration
- Prepares and consolidates organizational and departmental budgets.
- Responsible for budget control.
Financial Processing
- Reviews captured and posted business transactions
- Oversees bank ,debtors and creditors reconciliations
Prepares Financial Reports
- Prepares management/Financial statements.
- Produces funders financial reports.
- Ensures compliance to internal policies and procedures as well as statutory regulations.
Administration
- Administers the fleet management.
- Facilitates internal and external Audit process
Purchasing administration
- ​​​​​​​Administers the procurement process.
- Reviews purchase order file
Payments
- Reviews payment process and makes payments
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting
- Professional Qualifications: (e.g. Degree, Diploma, certificate, City and Guilds or Apprenticeship training etc)
- MBA, ACCA or CIS
- 4 years in Administration, Accounting and Human Resources in NGO Commercial or Financial Services Sector.
