Manager Risk and Compliance

<p><strong>Responsibilities/ Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Duties and Responsibilities:</li> <li>Making inputs and recommendations in the formulation and implementation of monitoring and evaluation policies and programs of the corporation to facilitate the realization of ZBC&rsquo;s mandate in line with the Act.</li> <li>Participating in the development of a strategy, budget and action plan for the corporation in line with the overall strategy of the corporation. &bull; Identifying gaps and makes recommendations to align ZBC&rsquo;s processes and practices with relevant legislation and industry best practices.</li> <li>Representing ZBC in meetings and forums as assigned from time to time.</li> <li>Developing and proposing an annual compliance monitoring plan and budget subject to approval by the CEO. &bull; Assisting in the preparation of reports for the Board.</li> <li>Ensuring that the department complies with the corporation&rsquo;s HR policies and processes.</li> <li>Participating in the recruitment of appropriate staff within the department.</li> <li>Developing and implementing performance agreements subject to approval by the CEO</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Laws Honours degree or Risk Management.</li> <li>At least 7 (seven) years of relevant experience and 5 years of which must have been at a managerial role.</li> </ul>
