- Making inputs and recommendations in the formulation and implementation of monitoring and evaluation policies and programs of the corporation to facilitate the realization of ZBC’s mandate in line with the Act.
- Participating in the development of a strategy, budget and action plan for the corporation in line with the overall strategy of the corporation. • Identifying gaps and makes recommendations to align ZBC’s processes and practices with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Representing ZBC in meetings and forums as assigned from time to time.
- Developing and proposing an annual compliance monitoring plan and budget subject to approval by the CEO. • Assisting in the preparation of reports for the Board.
- Ensuring that the department complies with the corporation’s HR policies and processes.
- Participating in the recruitment of appropriate staff within the department.
- Developing and implementing performance agreements subject to approval by the CEO
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Laws Honours degree or Risk Management.
- At least 7 (seven) years of relevant experience and 5 years of which must have been at a managerial role.
