Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of company's human resources administration function and efficient operation of the HR office
Maintains staff records and Human Resources Information Systems data base (leave manage system in liaison with system providers)
Coordinates training & development activities within the Company and assists with administration of performance management system (BSC)
Supervises canteens and cleaning activities at the Company's Head Office
Recruitment and selection of lower level staff
Assists and deputizes ER Manager in managing the company's industrial relations function and carries out periodic surveys on staff welfare and IR issues
Requirements:
Relevant degree qualification (Social Sciences/HR Management/Psychology) with sound general knowledge of the Labour Act and various related employment laws/practices
A minimum 1 year related Human Resource Management experience in an Manufacturing environment
Good interpersonal and effective oral/written communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels
Knowledge of or training in ISO Management Systems (QMS, EMS and OHS) is an added advantage
Duration - Fixed Term period of 3 months i.e. Feb 2018 - April 2018
