Duties:



  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of company's human resources administration function and efficient operation of the HR office

  • Maintains staff records and Human Resources Information Systems data base (leave manage system in liaison with system providers)

  • Coordinates training & development activities within the Company and assists with administration of performance management system (BSC)

  • Supervises canteens and cleaning activities at the Company's Head Office

  • Recruitment and selection of lower level staff  

  • Assists and deputizes ER Manager in managing the company's industrial relations function and carries out periodic surveys on staff welfare and IR issues


Requirements:          



  • Relevant degree qualification (Social Sciences/HR Management/Psychology) with sound general knowledge of the Labour Act and various related employment laws/practices

  • A minimum 1 year related Human Resource Management experience in an Manufacturing environment

  • Good interpersonal and effective oral/written communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels

  • Knowledge of or training in ISO Management Systems (QMS, EMS and OHS) is an added advantage


Duration - Fixed Term period of 3 months i.e. Feb 2018 - April 2018
