Duties and Responsibilities.
· Establishes and executes the People Analytics vision and strategy
· Provides support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities.
· Leads HR analytics team to ensure that insights and analytic work is completed timely with high-quality, effective solutions
· Designs and implements dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework for leadership.
· Interprets employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data.
· Ties people analytics to business objectives and outcomes
· Serves as the domain expert for human resources data and analytics
· Develops predictive models for attrition, high performance, and recruiting demand
· Interfaces with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data and analytics
· Develops predictive analytics models that will compel specific business decisions
· Partners with HR leaders to proactively identify improvement opportunities through analytics. Delivers end-to-end support for HR decisions by applying complex data analysis to address HR business problems and meet the needs of key HR Stakeholders and other internal partners
· Ensures reporting solutions, insights, analytical tools and dashboards deliver actionable and accurate data to end users.
· Leads the development, reporting, and review of metrics to drive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement process improvements
· Provides ad hoc reporting as required
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in computer science, analytics/mathematics/operations research/human resources/psychology.
At least 3 years experience with a focus on data structure, transformation, modeling, and reporting.
