Qualifications:         



  • Minimum of a degree commercial degree

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in tobacco industry is an added advantage

  • Someone who can work with minimum supervision.

  • Well-disciplined and integrity a must

  • Must be smart and well groomed.


 


Main Duties:              



  • General upkeep of the office and the warehouse

  • Procurement of office consumables

  • Completion of registration forms and other documents

  • Custody of the company assets

  • Supervision of grounds and office staff

  • Liaising with the security staff

  • Booking and arranging local & international travel for staff

  • Any other duty as may be delegate by the General Manager

  • Driver’s licence is an added advantage, but not a must
