Psychology Graduate Trainee

IPC is recruiting a Psychology Graduate Trainee. The person we are looking for must be a star in their own right. Must be a top graduate with a clear career vision. Specifically they must:

· Have a psychology degree.

· Be a recent graduate

· Be analytically smart comfortable with using analytical methods to explore data

· Be self-directed and does not wait to be told what to do

· Be creative and able to bring on board genuinely new ideas and operationalize them

· Be highly curious

· Not be afraid to fail

· Have the ability to get things done - focusing on getting things done not theorising

· Be able to challenge the ideas that do not make sense and proffer better solutions

· Have an evidence based approach to work and life in general

· Be highly collaborative – Able to judge ideas on their merits and not their origin

· Be able to express yourself with flair and charisma

· Be business savvy

· Be Technically savvy

· Have a hands- on approach to getting things done

· Be hard working

· Be highly ambitious

· Be willing to question the status quo
