Job Purpose
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll administration, employee welfare recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
2. IPMZ Diploma or curently studying towards one
3. 2 years experience in similar role
4. Experience with SAP, SAGE or other HR Information System.
5. Payroll experience
