PURPOSE OF THE JOB
\r\n\r\nThe job exists to drive the organisation's operations income and property portfolio value
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
\r\n\r\n• Leads property management strategy and oversees its implementation
\r\n\r\n• New business development through securing new projects and tenants
\r\n\r\n• Performs rental income forecasts for existing portfolio and new business
\r\n\r\n• Performs Capex budget for real Estate portfolio
\r\n\r\n• Performs Internal valuations for audit of financial statements and Projects appraisal
\r\n\r\n• Prepares Operations and Investment reports
\r\n\r\n• Engages in stakeholder engagements-local authorities, investors and real Estate industry bodies and lobby groups
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Education & Professional Qualifications
\r\n\r\n• Degree in Real Estate and/or related field
\r\n\r\n• Chartered Surveyor or member of any internationally recognised Real Estate body
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Experience:
\r\n\r\n• At least 5 years' Property Management, Valuations and Development experience
