Senior Property Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The job exists to drive the organisation's operations income and property portfolio value 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Leads property management strategy and oversees its implementation

• New business development through securing new projects and tenants

• Performs rental income forecasts for existing portfolio and new business

• Performs Capex budget for real Estate portfolio

• Performs Internal valuations for audit of financial statements and Projects appraisal

• Prepares Operations and Investment reports

• Engages in stakeholder engagements-local authorities, investors and real Estate industry bodies and lobby groups

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate and/or related field

• Chartered Surveyor or member of any internationally recognised Real Estate body

Experience:

• At least 5 years' Property Management, Valuations and Development experience
