OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR X1

Duties

Reporting to the Manager –Human Resources, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Attending to and directing visitors as appropriate
  • Updating and Filing computerized and manual personal and other HR files
  • Typing and producing minutes of meetings, contracts, memorandums and other documents as requested
  • Coordinating staff engagement forums
  • Handling confidential HR issues.

Person Specification

  • Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a reputable institution
  • A related degree in Office Management an added advantage
  • At least 2 years working experience in a Human Resources Environment
  • Outstanding ICT skills
