Stores Controller

<p><strong>Responsibilities/Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking</li> <li>Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock</li> <li>Manage requisitions for incoming equipment, services, and supplies and distribute accordingly</li> <li>Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete before instructing Stores team on next step</li> <li>Ensure the offloading of inventory from shipment delivery trucks is done timeously and without any damage to goods</li> <li>Ensure supplied stocks meet demand</li> <li>Synchronise the roles at Stores to ensure efficiencies and timely deliverables</li> <li>Discuss plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies with Buying Team</li> <li>Maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies</li> <li>Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping daily</li> <li>Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery trucks</li> <li>Track and ensure deliveries are received and BRVs submitted to Stores or Buying Office</li> <li>Oversee inventory audits</li> <li>Compile reports inventory and supply balances</li> <li>Make note of damaged inventory and advise Procurement Manager within 24 hours of findings</li> <li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data</li> <li>Submit purchase/receipt details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) as required</li> <li>Any other duty as required by management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma in Supply and Chain Management or Degree in Accounting</li> </ul>
