Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Digital Marketing Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote Group products and/or services within the digital space.
  • Driving website traffic, social media traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Identifying and evaluating new digital technologies
  • Employing relevant measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiates.
  • Developing media strategies that put the organisation brand in front of our target audience
  • Developing content across owned and earned social channels and digging through Web analytics to unearth invaluable information about target consumers.
  • Managing social media analytics, content and postings in line with the Social Media policy
  • Managing the Contact Centre
  • Liaising with all key stakeholders in the execution of digital marketing strategies

Skills required

  • Must have good writing skills
  • Must be innovative and creative
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be well versed with MS Office
  • Must have good data analysis skills, to extract value from reporting tools and ability to think objectively

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing/business
  • IT experience a distinct advantage
  • Certification – in social media, digital marketing, designing
  • Experience in the financial services business
