Green Tobacco Logistics Administrator

<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Green Tobacco Logistics Administrator</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Departmental target preparation and reporting</li> <li>Supervision of time sheets preparation, man hours management and department costs reporting</li> <li>Labour forecasting and labour statistics reporting</li> <li>Ensures all purchased green tobacco is properly accounted for in the warehouses through stock reconciliation and reporting</li> <li>Reports on SOX controls</li> <li>Liaises with Production Admin and updates green components for processing</li> <li>Management of departmental assets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Business Studies at level 2.1 or better with a bias in Statistics</li> <li>Tobacco operations knowledge at Supervisory Level an added advantage</li> <li>Class 4 drivers Licence</li> <li>Communication skills; fluent in English and Shona</li> <li>An understanding of ISO procedures and guidelines</li> </ul>
