Procurement Manager

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process
\r\n
• Sets work objectives, directs, supervises and reviews staff and staff assignments
\r\n
• Provides high-level technical/administrative guidance on work requirements and methods
\r\n
• Identifies suppliers that satisfy organisation’s contracting and purchasing requirements
\r\n
• Conducts due diligence on intended suppliers through vendor appraisals.
\r\n
• Monitors supplier performance through periodic vendor rating exercises
\r\n
• Coordinates and liaises with clearing agents for imports and exports.
\r\n
• Negotiates terms and conditions of purchase for goods and services with suppliers
\r\n
• Develops and maintain mutual relationships with all suppliers 
\r\n

Must have FMCG and/or Retail experience
