Job Purpose
To support evidence based decision making on Human Capital by assessing business and HR data through data modelling and translating business trends into HR solutions. The role manages HR Information Systems databases to ensure accuracy and consistency in HR data.
Qualifications and Experience
• 6 O’ Levels including English Language and 2 A’ Level passes.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• In-depth quantitative reasoning skills, data modelling and ability to work with numbers
Key Result Areas
- Provides active support to practice HR data modelling analysis of varying complexity of HR and related business data identifying trends, determining root causes of problems and developing recommendations that will drive effective business decisions.
- Forecasts and consolidates demand and supply of talent metrics to support strategic planning objectives in liaison with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP).
- Manages Electronic Management Toolkit data to provide up to date market trends analysis on remuneration and retention schemes to support the organization’s strategic objectives and rewards philosophy.
- Analyses market developments and recommends changes to the staff benefits in line with market developments and local legislation.
- Coordinate performance management and learning and development.
