Responsible for documenting business processes and requirements for new or changing projects and systems, and help bridge the gap between customer expectations, design and delivery teams.
The role includes providing guidance on day-to-day technology change programs to ensure that business requirements meet strategic priorities and are consistent with the enterprise architecture
Develop business requirements documents including stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transitional requirements.
Assist with description of software functionality from a user perspective.
Develop and manage log of everything that needs to be done from start to end of a project.
Support business design activities including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and deliver engaging presentations.
Work with design and development team such as business, subject matter experts, product owners, testers, developers, solution architects and project managers.
Engage stakeholders to gain a shared understanding of business problems and apply design thinking in an agile environment.
Ensure that proposed solutions are properly understood by stakeholders and appropriately exploited.
Contribute to business analysis and business design capabilities development and leadership.
Qualifications:
Degree in business management or related
Recognised Project Management Certification
3 years experience in applying business analysis in software development, project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
