Business Analyst

Main Duties:

• Responsible for documenting business processes and requirements for new or changing projects and systems, and help bridge the gap between customer expectations, design and delivery teams.
• The role includes providing guidance on day-to-day technology change programs to ensure that business requirements meet strategic priorities and are consistent with the enterprise architecture
• Develop business requirements documents including stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transitional requirements.
• Assist with description of software functionality from a user perspective.
• Develop and manage log of everything that needs to be done from start to end of a project.
• Support business design activities including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and deliver engaging presentations.
• Work with design and development team such as business, subject matter experts, product owners, testers, developers, solution architects and project managers.
• Engage stakeholders to gain a shared understanding of business problems and apply design thinking in an agile environment.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are properly understood by stakeholders and appropriately exploited.
• Contribute to business analysis and business design capabilities development and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business management or related
• Recognised Project Management Certification
• 3 years experience in applying business analysis in software development, project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
