Business Analyst

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for documenting business processes and requirements for new or changing projects and systems, and help bridge the gap between customer expectations, design and delivery teams.</li> <li>The role includes providing guidance on day-to-day technology change programs to ensure that business requirements meet strategic priorities and are consistent with the enterprise architecture</li> <li>Develop business requirements documents including stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transitional requirements.</li> <li>Assist with description of software functionality from a user perspective.</li> <li>Develop and manage log of everything that needs to be done from start to end of a project.</li> <li>Support business design activities including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and deliver engaging presentations.</li> <li>Work with design and development team such as business, subject matter experts, product owners, testers, developers, solution architects and project managers.</li> <li>Engage stakeholders to gain a shared understanding of business problems and apply design thinking in an agile environment.</li> <li>Ensure that proposed solutions are properly understood by stakeholders and appropriately exploited.</li> <li>Contribute to business analysis and business design capabilities development and leadership.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in business management or related</li> <li>Recognised Project Management Certification</li> <li>3 years experience in applying business analysis in software development, project management methodologies and agile frameworks. </li> </ul>
