Enterprise Risk Management Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Risk Assessments
• Training and risk awareness campaigns
• Preparation of periodic regulatory reports
• Data Analytics: coordinate the collection and analysis of risk information from various sources
• Assists in the Preparation of ALCO reports
• Identification of material individual, aggregate and emerging risks
• Maintenance of the risk register
• Assists in the development and monitoring of Key risk indicators (KRIs)
• Stress Testing
• Assists in development and review of policies and procedures
• Reviewing and testing of the Business Continuity Plan

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Business Degree or equivalent
• Risk Management Diploma a must
• Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe qualification
• 3 years experience in risk management in a banking environment
