Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Operational Risk Assessments
- Training and risk awareness campaigns
- Preparation of periodic regulatory reports
- Data Analytics: coordinate the collection and analysis of risk information from various sources
- Assists in the Preparation of ALCO reports
- Identification of material individual, aggregate and emerging risks
- Maintenance of the risk register
- Assists in the development and monitoring of Key risk indicators (KRIs)
- Stress Testing
- Assists in development and review of policies and procedures
- Reviewing and testing of the Business Continuity Plan
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Business Degree or equivalent
- Risk Management Diploma a must
- Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe qualification
- 3 years experience in risk management in a banking environment
