Main Duties:

  • Supervises Pensions Payroll and Customer Liaison Officers.
  • Delegates work as assigned by the Pension Payments Manager.
  • Checks and approves monthly pension payrolls and reconciliations processed by Pension Payroll Officers in line with authorisation limits.
  • Checks deceased estates claims, monthly pension advance requests and arrear computations performed by officers in line with authorisation limits.
  • Analyses and approves full commutation processes in line with authorisation limits.
  • Coordinates the compilation of pensions payroll data requiring actuarial input.
  • Attends to clients’ queries and checks draft responses.
  • Conducts regular performance appraisals for subordinates.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the Pension Payments Manager or Pensions Administration Executive.


  • Diploma in Pensions Management or an equivalent supervisory business qualification
  • 3 years relevant working experience
