Supervises Pensions Administration and Benefit Claims Officers.
Delegates work as assigned by the Pensions Administration Manager.
Checks and approves monthly contribution returns updates and reconciliations performed by Pensions Administration Officers in line with authorisation limits.
Checks and approves benefit calculations and part-lump sum requests processed by Benefit Claims Officers in line with the authorisation limits.
Coordinates the compilation of benefit claims and active membership data for actuarial valuations
Attends to clients’ queries and checks draft responses
Conducts regular performance appraisals for subordinates.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Pensions Administration Manager or Pensions Administration Executive.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Pensions Management or an equivalent supervisory business qualification
