Qualifications and Skills Required

A recognised business degree plus an MBA.

At least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management position.

A business leader and change agent capable of delivering sustainable business growth.

Mature, high level of integrity, firm and fair.

Attention to detail is critical for success

Must be a good communicator at all levels

Experience in sales management, demand planning and logistics is key.

Ability to manage in a high pressure environment

Ability to develop new markets locally and in the region.

Good people management skills

Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP are requirements.

The Job

Development of strategic and operational Sales, Distribution and logistics plans that shall drive sales volume, product mix and selling prices by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and monitoring costs.

Leading the execution of the sales plans to ensure market share growth.

Ensuring efficient stock availability, stock management and distribution in all assigned storage locations and geographical regions.

Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the market including foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace in order to maximise company profits.
