Main Duties:

  • Supports recruitment and selection processes.
  • Organize and maintain employee records.
  • Assist in improving and monitoring employee productivity.
  • Prepare timely Human Resources reports and other ad hoc reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Human Resources related training initiatives.
  • Consolidate payroll related issues and attend to all payroll related queries.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PAYE,NSSA,ZIMDEF & SDL)
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Attend to employee wellness and welfare issues.
  • Implement HR strategies,policies and attend to all policy related issues
  • Update HR Databases and related trackers.

Person Specification:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least two years experience in the Human Resources field
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Belina Payroll system.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good understanding of HR Operations
