MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, implements and interprets Human Resource policies, procedures and systems
- Develops and implements human resource plans and budgets that are aligned to the mine’s plans and priorities.
- Carries out recruitment, selection, induction and orientation processes at the mine
- Develops and implements performance management systems for all staff at the mine.
- Develops and implements remuneration policies and procedures and carry out regular reviews to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
- Develops and implements employee welfare and wellness services including medical schemes, insurance and security
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years Experience
- Human Resources Management Degree
