<p><strong>MAIN DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops, implements and interprets Human Resource policies, procedures and systems</li> <li>Develops and implements human resource plans and budgets that are aligned to the mine&rsquo;s plans and priorities.</li> <li>Carries out recruitment, selection, induction and orientation processes at the mine</li> <li>Develops and implements performance management systems for all staff at the mine.</li> <li>Develops and implements remuneration policies and procedures and carry out regular reviews to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity</li> <li>Develops and implements employee welfare and wellness services including medical schemes, insurance and security</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 years Experience</li> <li>Human Resources Management Degree</li> </ul>
