Maintain the reception area in an orderly and neat manner at all times to enhance the image of the organisation to its stakeholders
Attends and operates the enquiry desk to ensure quality service to all the organisation` customers.
Receive visitors and directs them to appropriate offices to monitor that they are served by respective employees in a manner that ensures for quality service
Receives and transfers incoming telephone calls to ensure there is communication between external customers and staff.
Handle incoming mail and enter into respective registers for reference purposes.
