Main Duties:

  • Maintain the reception area in an orderly and neat manner at all times to enhance the image of the organisation to its stakeholders
  • Attends and operates the enquiry desk to ensure quality service to all the organisation` customers.
  • Receive visitors and directs them to appropriate offices to monitor that they are served by respective employees in a manner that ensures for quality service
  • Receives and transfers incoming telephone calls to ensure there is communication between external customers and staff.
  • Handle incoming mail and enter into respective registers for reference purposes.
  • Attends to inquiries and queries by stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in secretarial
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
