Main Duties:
Application Management (General Insurance)
- Receives applications when they are initially submitted to ensure that they are in order so as to facilitate processing for all general insurance
- Contacts the agent or broker if anything is missing from the application to ensure timeous processing
- Enter application information and other documents into a computer system for analysis or review by the underwriter
Underwriting administration
- The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Underwriter in the operational processes and this will be executed through the following:
- Source business through the brokers/ agents/ clients engagements as a way to grow the business.
- Receive and respond to inquiries from potential clients inquiring about general insurance so as to provide full and relevant information
Data Capturing and filing
- Input all applicants’ information and details into the system for future reference
- Creates respective individual files for safe keeping purpose and future reference and easy retrieval
Qualifications:
