Guarantees Clerk

<p>Main Duties:</p> <p><strong>Underwriting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in evaluate credit data and financial statements in order to facilitate smooth flow of operations</li> <li>Assist in preparing reports about the degree of risk in guaranteeing loans</li> <li>Gather information about clients so as to ascertain the worthiness of a client</li> </ul> <p>​​​​​​​<strong>Client Management</strong></p> <ul> <li> Foster positive relationships with clients to get a mutual understanding </li> <li>Assist customers with all guarantees service and prepare associate documents.</li> <li>Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all guarantee specifications</li> </ul> <p>​​​​​​​<strong>Risk and Compliance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify risks proactively and control deficiencies and emerging risks for input into the department&rsquo;s risk assessment.</li> </ul> <p>​​​​​​​<strong>Data Capturing and filing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Input all applicants&rsquo; information and details into the system for future reference</li> <li>Creates respective individual files for safe keeping purpose and future reference and easy retrieval</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Diploma in Business/Risk or Finance / equivalent</p> </li> <li> <p>At least 2 years experience</p> </li> </ul>
