DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in Leading development of Innovation Strategy and driving the innovation process from ideation to proof of concept across all organizational levels
- Aligning Innovation and Business Strategy by ensuring that all stakeholders have visibility of strategic objectives or aspirations in line with our business principles
- Defining business problems and inviting for solutions
- Maintaining a database of past and current Idea/Solution submission for reference and action tracking
- Driving Simplicity and Customer Obsession whilst lowering the cost to serve in product or process development
- Documenting and efficiently streamlining Group processes with regards to
- Driving agility in formulation of a sound business case for any strategic or innovation initiative in any part of the Group
- Formulating collaboration models toward insights driven business case formulation and implementation of ideas (Customer, Staff and or Research Groups)
- Developing Churn Management Models
- Business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of functional business specifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A degree in Computer Science Engineering or related Degree
5 years relevant experience
A post-graduate qualification such as MBA or Strategic Management is an added advantage
At least 3 years’ experience in an information technology-business or business development or sales environment is an added advantage
