- Engage with business units to review commentary and check for reasonableness and correct disclosures (monthly)
- Liaise with country CFO’s to review the numbers and check that the feedback given for material moves make sense
- Obtain technical consolidations from Financial Controllers, liaise with business Finance Heads to understand the business drivers impacting the numbers and the financial impacts thereof, consolidate all information and report to the various committees (monthly)
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to report the numbers to determine alignment with strategy and historical strategy execution
- Ensure results are presented in a way that is logical and accessible
- Ensure reports track strategy achievement in a meaningful way
- Ensure finance strategy remains current and visible in everything the function does
- Oversee the consolidation of Stock Exchange, market reporting and analyst and investor reporting
- Co-ordinate annual budgeting process with the financial control and business finance teams
- Oversee the quarterly consolidation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain and manage a robust control framework to ensure the ongoing identification and mitigation of risk
