<p>Main Duties:</p> <p><strong>Lease Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Negotiate lease agreements with existing and prospective tenants.</li> <li>Assessing, vetting and recommending new tenant</li> <li>Enforcing terms of the Lease Agreement including timeous rental payments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Management Of Property Maintenance Programme</strong></p> <ul> <li>Carry out periodical checks and inspections to identify properties to be repaired and maintained.</li> <li>Draw up an annual repairs and maintenance schedule</li> <li>Carry out repairs and maintenance in line with approved schedule and budget.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Provide Marketing And Market Research Services </strong></p> <ul> <li>Carry out periodical research on market rentals, vacant rates, yields and returns</li> <li>Recommend the optimal rentals to charge based on informed market research.</li> <li>Develop marketing tools to improve occupancy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Administration And Supervision </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Draw up subordinates monitoring tools based on planned activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate the updating of information in the Property Management System</p> </li> <li> <p>Carry out investigations on all cases of theft in liaison with the police or respective security firms</p> </li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant degree such as Rural &amp; Urban Planning or equivalent</li> <li>Professional qualifications such as REIZ</li> <li>Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage</li> <li>At least 5 years experience</li> </ul>
