Main Duties:
Lease Management
- Negotiate lease agreements with existing and prospective tenants.
- Assessing, vetting and recommending new tenant
- Enforcing terms of the Lease Agreement including timeous rental payments
Management Of Property Maintenance Programme
- Carry out periodical checks and inspections to identify properties to be repaired and maintained.
- Draw up an annual repairs and maintenance schedule
- Carry out repairs and maintenance in line with approved schedule and budget.
Provide Marketing And Market Research Services
- Carry out periodical research on market rentals, vacant rates, yields and returns
- Recommend the optimal rentals to charge based on informed market research.
- Develop marketing tools to improve occupancy
Administration And Supervision

Draw up subordinates monitoring tools based on planned activities.

Coordinate the updating of information in the Property Management System

Carry out investigations on all cases of theft in liaison with the police or respective security firms
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree such as Rural & Urban Planning or equivalent
- Professional qualifications such as REIZ
- Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years experience
