Main Duties:

  • Administer Branch Expense Schedules prepared by Maintenance.
  • Manage and ensure all expenses are maintained within set budgets.
  • Ensure Maintenance budgets are submitted on time and accurately.
  • Supervise stock control system in consultation with Business Information Systems.
  • Control and Monitor Asset Movement Advices (AMA) throughout the organization.
  • Supervise and ensure procedures are followed to the letter at all times.
  • Review and promptly deal with issues raised by the Internal and External Auditors.
  • Supervise the issuance and approval of spares and equipment from Maintenance Stores.
  • Administer and ensure monthly CAPEX report is circulated before the Mancom Meeting.
  • Ensure month by month Refrigeration Failure Down Time Report is submitted on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration and Accounting.
