Chief Operations Officer

Main Duties:

• Translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
• Overseeing company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
• Ensuring effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. Adhering to company, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance/MBA/Management or other related
• Masters in Finance/MBA/Management or other related
• At least 2 years in a similar role
