QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,-A Master’s degree is an advantage.-7 years of experience• Preferred certifications include ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or COBIT.• Proven experience in IT management, operations oversight, andproject delivery.
