Credit Risk Officer

Responsibilities:

· Reviews, develops credit risk management models, policies, and procedures

· Develops tools and techniques that determine the creditworthiness and risk profiling

· Identifies, measures, monitors, controls and reports on market and credit risks across the group

· Analyzes trends of the group borrowings to customers

· Advises management committees on risk and compliance issues

· Coordinates and ensures that risk assessments and risk ratings are assigned across the business, as per group

calendar plans

· Research, gather comparator intelligence data to keep abreast with market trends

· Provides research and analytical support on relevant credit risk matters

· Communicates of risk policies and processes for the group to relevant teams and work streams

· Recommends risk management solutions such as business continuity plans, recovery measures, security

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics).

· Professional certification in Risk Management or business related management development program

· 5+ years of relevant experience

· 2+ years at managerial level
