Responsible for the development of efficient administrative processes and efficiencies in the department.
Build strong and progressive relationships with various stakeholders within and outside the company who participate in building the commercial agenda.
Maintaining and ordering departmental supplies from stores and other relevant departments.
Reviewing Distributorship and/or Supply agreements/amendments with respect to the commercial/supply terms and making sure new commercial conditions granted to customers are duly approved by the relevant stakeholders and documented by the commercial department.
Ensuring that all new products have item codes assigned to them for ease of sale and stock accounting.
Ensure effective people management by supporting the commercial team members deliver in their key deliverables.
Monitor and Report on key market developments and report on these regularly.
Reports on any retail administrative activity as requested by Commercial Director / Department.
Compiling and requisite filing of all required commercial reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics
2 years’ experience in sales or business management/admin positions
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar field
