Academic Qualifications Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, or a related field
  • Professional certification in SHEQ is an added advantage.


Experience Required:


  • At least 3–4 years’ experience in a SHEQ role
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining SHEQ management systems
  • Knowledge of relevant safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and monitor SHEQ policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions
  • Deliver SHEQ training and awareness programs to employees
  • Monitor workplace conditions to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Maintain SHEQ documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within the organization
  • Basically all SHEQ practices
