Industrial Psychology Consultants is looking for a recent graduate to join the team as a Graduate Trainee - Developer. The ideal candidate is an individual who is committed to continuous learning and growth and is interested in pursuing a career in Consulting.
The Graduate Trainee will report to the Head of Strategy and Performance Improvement and undertakes the following key roles;
- Developing and implementing scalable automated performance management systems
- Providing ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement of systems.
- Analysing existing code and remedy performance issues within existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Utilising BI platforms to perform data analytics to gather meaningful insights from large datasets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree with a degree class 2.1 or better.
- Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- The ideal candidate must be below 26 years of age.
- An understanding or interest in data science, artificial intelligence, business intelligence and data driven decision making.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Problem solving skills, high attention to detail and system orientated.
- The ability to multitask and working in a complex environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- An aptitude in analysing data to provide business insights.
