FSPI Programmer Graduate Trainee

Industrial Psychology Consultants is looking for a recent graduate to join the team as a Graduate Trainee - Developer. The ideal candidate is an individual who is committed to continuous learning and growth and is interested in pursuing a career in Consulting.

The Graduate Trainee will report to the Head of Strategy and Performance Improvement and undertakes the following key roles;

• Developing and implementing scalable automated performance management systems
• Providing ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement of systems.
• Analysing existing code and remedy performance issues within existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Utilising BI platforms to perform data analytics to gather meaningful insights from large datasets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree with a degree class 2.1 or better.
• Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• The ideal candidate must be below 26 years of age.
• An understanding or interest in data science, artificial intelligence, business intelligence and data driven decision making.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Problem solving skills, high attention to detail and system orientated.
• The ability to multitask and working in a complex environment.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• An aptitude in analysing data to provide business insights.
