Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategy direction through engaging in marketing intelligence to identify business opportunities for increasing EFT product uptake.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new electronic funds transfer business leads through internal data analysis or external engagements and ensure full conversation.
- Develop relevant sales and marketing strategies to drive transaction volumes, including a demo solution
- Establish strategic collaborations with member Fis in liaison with the marketing manager to drive transaction volumes.
- Develop retention strategies to ensure usage of all registered inactive accounts.
- Actively engage in product post-performance reviews, i.e user experience reviews, through quarterly surveys and ensure the production of survey reports.
- Communicating internally to provide a brief on opportunities and pipeline status.
- Producing sales and marketing reports on a weekly basis
- Supporting business development, marketing, & product acceptance through active lead nurturing and developing prospect relationships.
- Handling and directing sales and marketing inquiries relating to EFT payments.
- Ensuring the escalation of inquiries and feedback to the EFT support team.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
- Keep accurate records and document customer service feedback and actions done.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- A sales management certificate with an accredited institution is an added advantage.
- 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing role or equivalent.
