Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of both top and bottom-line target based on the turnover target.
- Acquisition of new business opportunity as part of business growth strategy.
- Ensure timely billing and debt collection as per agreed plan.
- Responsible for Cost Management Initiatives. Customer
- Ensure retention of all big and potential clients through enhancement of good relationship management to get more businesses from them.
- Ensure proper complaints management from our potential and big clients as per Turn Around time.
- Identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business.
- Manage customer relations to increase the business’s visibility and reputation.
- Identify areas where the business can increase its footprint including develop new products, upgrades, relocation.
- Ensure understanding the market and visibility within the market through quarterly competitors’ analysis. Internal Business Process / Control
- Improve operations planning and overall efficiency.
- Proper stakeholder’s management including suppliers, vendors, and services providers, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Monthly submission of statutory reports to Executive Director of Risk and Compliance to ensure compliance with all regulators and authorities.
- Close all the audit queries and any risk issues raised.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing/Advertising or Business Management or equivalent; • Masters’ degree in a related field is added advantage.
- Experience Level: Senior Level
- Experience Length: Seven (7) to ten (10) years of media/advertising sales/Marketing or relevant experience.
- Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of management experience preferably in General Manager position.
N.B: This position is located in Tanzania; candidates should be willing to relocate.
