Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the reception area is manned at all times and professional management of the switchboard
- Serve all guests with utmost respect and ensuring services are rendered in time
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Meetings, Boardroom bookings management and travel
- Inventory Management & effective reconciling (stationery, teas, refreshments, etc)
- Customer Query handling.
- Receiving mail from staff and visitors and directing them to the relevant people.
- Self-Catering Lodges bookings and bookings management
- Performing routine administrative tasks as requested from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Administration/Front Office Management.
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
