General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership*: Set and drive the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
2. Operational Excellence*: Oversee operations of bore drilling, mineral exploration, earth moving, and road construction businesses.
3. Financial Performance*: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and manage financial health.
4. Risk Management*: Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
5. Stakeholder Management*: Engage with clients, investors, regulators, and communities.
6. Talent Development*: Build and lead a high-performance executive team.
7. Safety & Sustainability*: Ensure adherence to safety standards and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

•  10+ years in senior leadership, preferably in construction, mining, or engineering sectors.
• Skills*: Strategic planning, financial management, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement.
• Qualifications*: Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA/MSc a plus.
